Smokin' in Style BBQ: Experience Authentic BBQ in Hot Springs

I found this bbq place on a recent trip. I got a sampler box which had pulled pork, sausage, brisket and two sides. The sides I got were corn on the cob which had a wonderful butter mixture with seasoning on top of the butter and baked potato salad. The sides were excellent. Their ribs were exceptional they had bite through tenderness and stayed on the bone. The sausage was excellent and well cooked with a bite through snap. Although the brisket was seasoned different that what I am use to it was still very good. It was very tender and well rendered. Portions were very generous. Next time I am in the area I will definitely stop by.

We ordered food for a family dinner, had the brisket & chicken. I usually don’t eat the chicken, this was the best I’ve ever had. Great potato salad too. Great service, had everything ready on time, helped me load it as it was a lot of food. I highly recommend Smokin in Style BBQ.

YES! YES! YES! phenomenal bbq with 5 or 6 awesome sauces on the table to choose from. I recommend the spicy all day! The place is pretty big with a few high top tables, and lots of low tables, some tucked against a wall so it has a “booth-feel”. There’s also two separate dining rooms for parties or groups. It’s self serve on drinks but I recommend the 4 pitchers. As far as food goes, BEST CATFISH in town. Also, the platter is delicious if you want to try it all. Do yourself a favor and get the SMOKED potato salad and the fries as a side- dear god the fries are heaven. I love the loaded nachos- they are HUGE and so is the loaded baked potato. Wanna try something a lil different? Get the bbq spaghetti- I know, I know how it sounds but trust me. The sauce is smoked and gets some meat drippings in it and BOY ITS GOOD!! I recommend getting the smoked chicken as the protein on the spaghetti, and smoked pork on the nachos and tater. Burgers are decent too but it’s not my first choice.

Mrs.Thorne there was nothing wrong with the BBQ. The cinnamon on the fries was a welcomed change. Sounds like you don't have a great taste pallet. Now to the review of the food. My husband had the Burger with fries. My husband said the burger was great though he is a braums guy. He said easily 10/10. The fries we both enjoyed the sugar, salt, and cinnamon combination never thought of that combo before but it works. The smoked spaghetti was amazing. It has a chili taste and the beef was a unique flavor combo. My husband's only regret was that he didn't get the pulled pork sandwich. We will be back!

Got the smoked chicken sandwich topped with coleslaw. This was a huge sandwich with smoked chicken and coleslaw spilling from the sides. I added BBQ sauce and boy was it good! They have 3 types of sauces mild, sweet, and hot to try out. Also got the homemade banana pudding and this was also wonderful. Service was good at ordering. Place inside is nicely decorated with a hodgepodge of items. Plenty of seating and parking. Make sure to go early because a line will form shortly after opening.

Best Bar-B-Q I have had in years!!! That's amazing because im from Memphis and love Bar-B-Q. So glad I stopped here to eat!

Would I say this is the best BBQ I have ever had? Probably not, although the food is good quality and is delicious. Now to my point about that. We ordered a sampler platter which included brisket, ribs, smoked sausage, chopped BBQ, plus 2 sides and a roll and a piece of Texas toast. That was only 24! We left food on the table as there were only 2 of us. If you want real good BBQ at very reasonable prices, this is a place for you! I saw someone with a BBQ salad and couldn't believe how big it was. I also saw someone with nachos. Same huge portion. Try it out! Eat, drink and be awesome!!

Whenever we go to Hot Springs, we eat here. The food is great! You get a really big portion of everything. The ribs were super good. The shredded pork was great as well. Service is great. The menu is really big. They do need to add one to the wall where you order because the main one is above the cash register and you have to back up to read it and then step up closer to place your order. But that is just a small thing. It is really clean as well.
